We represent clients in federal courts, USITC and USPTO to enforce and defend the patent rights of businesses and individual inventors. 

Prosecution

We assist clients in all aspects of patent prosecution, trademark prosecution and copyright registration.  We have experience prosecuting non-provisional (utility and design) and PCT applications in numerous fields including computer systems and software, electrical engineering, Internet (including Internet of Things), mechanical arts, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and telecommunications.  

Licensing and Due Diligence

We offer strategic counseling to clients and assist in acquiring and transferring IP rights including preparing and recording licenses and assignments. We provide IP-related corporate transactions support including due diligence research and report services.

Prior Art Search and Opinion

We conduct prior art searches, provide patent and trademark search reports, and provide opinions on freedom to practice/right-to-use, patent infringement/non-infringement, patentability, patent validity and trademark availability. 

Contracts

We represent clients in drafting and review of contracts including business formation documents, services agreements (cloud, professional, research, consulting), software agreements (development, license, subscription, SaaS, EULA, VAR), government contract agreements (teaming, alliance, services), leasing, supply, and employment.

Commercial Litigation

The law office has experience representing clients in state courts and before arbitration panels in cases involving contractual disputes.
