Visa Waiver: Visa Waiver Program (VWP) that enables nationals of 35 participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days STUDENT
Counseling clients on F-1/J-1/M-1 visa, F-1 status maintenance, CPT, OPT, STEM extensions, home residency requirement waiver. F-1: Full-time student at accredited college, university, among others. Off-campus employment under CPT, OPT, STEM OPT J-1: State Department's exchange visitor program for students, scholars, foreign medical graduates, among others M-1: Students in vocational or other nonacademic programs |
TEMPORARY WORKER
Assist clients in filing petitions for nonimmigrant workers (executives, professionals, athletes and religious workers) L-1: Intracompany Transferee Executive Manager (L-1A) or Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge (L-1B) H-1: Specialty occupations for employees with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience O: Persons of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, education, business, or athletics P: Performers, internationally recognized athletes R: Religious workers PERMANENT WORKER
Assist clients in filing petitions for permanent workers including persons of extraordinary ability and investors. EB-1: Persons of extraordinary ability, outstanding professors and researchers, or multinational executive/manager EB-2: Person with advanced degree, exceptional ability or persons seeking National Interest Waiver EB-3: Skilled workers, professionals and other workers EB-4: religious workers, derivative beneficiaries, broadcasters, among others EB-5: investors, entrepreneurs |

Assist clients in gaining permanent residency status. Employment-Based: Employer sponsors the employee and intends to hire long-term Family-Based: Immediate relative of U.S. citizen, fiance of U.S. citizen CITIZENSHIP
Assist clients in applications for naturalization. Naturalization: Assist clients in determining eligibility for naturalization and file applications for naturalization. Parent-Based: Counseling regarding eligibility for citizenship through parents |
